worst possible app in the market. Near zero after sales service. Call centre is not all helpful. when I changed my car and wanted to transfer the tracker to the new car, they asked me to do it myself as they do not provide such service. there is always a lag in location.

Alo App by Grameenphone is extremely disappointing. The app has no login device management system, creating serious security risks. The camera playback feature does not work properly—videos fail to load, freeze, or don’t play at all. The app is unstable, slow, and frequently crashes. Navigation is laggy, and the user interface is confusing and poorly designed. Overall, the app feels unreliable, outdated, and unprofessional.

A great app! Since it doesn’t use an IP address, the privacy is excellent. You can do everything on your own, and protect your personal information by yourself. The best part is that, without an IP address, it’s much safer for us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
