Since the last update the app will not load. I can't even contact the bank since contact is managed via the app. Initially I found a workaround which meant going into settings and clearing the cache each time. Now even that doesn't work. UPDATE: uninstalled and reinstalled and it is working. One star off for the inconvenience. When it works it's excellent Edited

I like the round up option of Chase, but what I really DON'T like, is, when I open the app and it shows me an amount of money on my account, which is NOT correct, as latest spending are never deducted. Not even on the next day. I have to tap on this amount to see transactions and only then the available amount on account decreases. It can increase when receiving money, but not decrease after spending... Totally annoying when I quickly want to check if I have enough money on account!

I remember being particularly impressed with the app when I first joined Chase (shortly after they launched in the UK). It was just really nice, simple and extremely responsive, unlike a lot of apps. But since then it's gradually got worse and worse, to the point where it's now extremely slow and ridiculously unresponsive to screen (and back button) taps etc, far worse than any other app I use now. So that's just very disappointing, and it's extremely frustrating every time I try to use it.

Something went wrong somewhere, I have been in the waiting room for about a week now. I shall delete and re-install So, I have beenwith chase for three years now. The issue above was sorted within another week, so I have increased the rating. Only one annoying thing, I have found is that the savings interest rate has fallen year on year, down to a bit of a rubbish rate. So thinking of shifting the savings away to a better option. Edited

The app is very low quality and has plenty of technical problems. Everything loads super slow, and often there is zero indication that it's still loading. I have frequent problems with approving payments in the app - the notification doesn't show up, or approving simply does nothing. The app frequently asks for authentication, I sometimes have to authenticate 5-6 times in a row. Finally, the notes on the transactions are not easily accessible.
