It literally doesn't accept login credentials. I can't get it to work, and I KNOW my password and username are correct because I have logged into the chase website, mobile app TO VERIFY my information was right, three times now. Yeah... Please fix this.

Simply doesn't work. Won't accept the login credentials, just states that there's an issue and then boots you back to the login screen. I'm just trying to complete the promo they sent me as we take tons of card payments, but looks like I'll be unable to because the app straight up doesn't work lol. Embarrassing.

Bad performance after the last update. I process a lot of credit cards. I'm sitting here trying to open the app several times in front of a customer and it keeps telling me that something appears to have gone wrong? It's even sketchy communicating with the processing device that you guys sold me. Fix it or I'm finding another service provider, soon. And last but not least, I no longer receive notifications after processing a transaction. No confirmations what so ever. It's only gotten worse.. Edited

If I could give Negative Stars, I would... I was left trying to find an alternative payment system after repeated phone calls and messages to tech support following the October app update. October came and went, then November... here it is, December no phone call with resolution, so I continued using my new payment system SQUARE (AMAZING, and highly dependable). Now, I get to battle with them on taking money from my business account for monthly fees since inactivity. Don't get this service!

This system is unusable. Super glitchy. Makes me input a "one-time" pin and create a new complicated password every time I log in. Only connects to the reader they provided half the time. When it does, it has trouble authorizing payments even with a very solid signal. Extremely embarrassing when I'm standing in front of a customer trying to process their payment.
