won't even open. I downloaded the app and when I try to open it, it closes immediately and tells me there is a bug with the app and it cannot be fixed. please fix this so I can make sales with my pos system

I've used the app 4 times and it was great. Today I tried to take a payment and a message stated "This app us closing because it has a bug. When the owner creates a fix, reload the app " What's going on and how long till the fix happens? I would expect something from Chase Card Services. I'll be calling them.

Whatever update y'all just pushed has broken connectivity with old readers and is a nightmare to navigate. You seriously added a new filter page with no way to get back to the home page unless I force stop the app in settings? As of now you hosed my business... If you care at all about small businesses you'd make it easy to contact someone immediately to resolve issues like this. We do 20K+ a month on these things so this isn't arbitrary. Edited

It is IMPOSSIBLE TO CONNECT TO THIS APP!!!!! It took almost 4 hours to set up this app. I had to uninstall n reinstall it at least 5 times when I first installed it to work. The very next day when I was going to use the app it took an hour for it to connect. Every time I had a transaction it wouldn't work!! 😔🤬😡. I lost multiple sales due to clients not wanting to wait for it to work. WOULD NOT RECOMMENED!!!!! Edited

Apparently there is no option to login for users with an MFA security token. The error message does not say this and tech support was clueless when I asked them at first. It took over an hour on the phone for them to confirm that the POS app will not work if your account is set up with a token. This is ridiculous.
