Honestly, it's a great app that let's me track spending, credit card and account balances, while also trading stocks (they even added fractional stock trading now)! Their credit score checking uses a sort of out of date scoring metric, but it's somewhat still accurate enough. As an app, it's a really great financial tool and doesn't really have any major bugs at all in my experience. Overall, very satisfied with using the app.

APP IS CRASHING!!! HOTFIX PLEASE! cannot login to account from app. keep getting a message saying unable to connect to Chase. I am on cellular network and also tried on WiFi, and I can go on the Internet and use other banking apps just fine. Chase app is the only one with an issue. terrible. update: I can login once in 50 tries, but even then when I click on an account it doesn't pull up anything it's a blank screen, then it crashes. This app has really gone downhill when it comes to mobile deposits. I constantly get a warning that they don't have enough information before I've taken a picture of the back of the check. I also always get a warning that the number I input for the check amount doesn't match what's on the check, which is incorrect. It used to be a much better mobile deposit experience.

app won't even load anymore. fingerprint, dashboard screen shows for about 5 seconds, then it crashes to home screen without any error messages. You guys want people to pay their debts on time, make an app that works so we can! don't blame us because we couldn't get to the "pay" screen due to YOUR tech being sub-par!

what an annoying app! resetting password every time I use it. then after logging in, I'm bombarded with all these things I don't care about, but can't move away from the ad. then another page that's full of clicks to start me off doing anything but seeing my last few transactions. they just don't know when to stop forcing things I don't want! I honestly am switching banks due to their pushing services on me.
