Login seems to get harder and harder with app. Credentials constantly forgotten, so enter email, then password, then enter a really hard to read captcha, followed by a 6 digit code sent via sms, then setup a new pin code enter it again to confirm. Web access is quicker and has more features. Pointless app. Edited

ok if you just want to check your investments, but you sometimes have to log on to the website instead, which defeats the object of having the app. It's also annoying when the app randomly logs you out so you have to input your email address and password to get back in.

Really dumb your nutmail doesn't come to the app, I have never read mine as I never want to log into the website. Its really NOT user friendly! Unclear why something so simple isn't corrected. Other than that great app but also worried that they make certain transactions looks simple and easy, then all of a sudden they ask you to print and posy something - how backwards! Edited

very bad and confusing ui and ux.. it doesn't help me figure out how much LISA contribution i made for he current financial year.. either I need to download the CSV and calculate myself or need to contact their support team.. anyone else figured out how to do such basic things..

Opened a stocks and shares LISA with nutmeg 5 years ago, their fully managed portfolio meant my returns were above what I expected. Customer service was always fast and helpful, app easy to navigate. Highly recommend Nutmeg. Edited
